This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.nutrisentra.co.uk, operated by Cloverlight LLC (trading as Nutrisentra).


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. UK Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, bank holidays, or due to carrier delays.


3. European Union (EU) Delivery

EU customers please note: Following the UK’s exit from the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


4. International Delivery

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@nutrisentra.co.uk.


6. Delivery Issues

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for any delivery attempt notifications.
  2. Check with your neighbours or a safe location where it may have been left.
  3. Contact us at support@nutrisentra.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

Investigations with carriers typically take 5–10 business days. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutrisentra.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
