Returns & Refund Policy

At Nutrisentra (operated by Cloverlight LLC), your satisfaction matters. This policy sets out your rights when returning products purchased from www.nutrisentra.co.uk.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.


1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel in writing before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

Important Exception – Sealed Health Products

The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery where they cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. This includes opened supplement capsules, powders, and similar products. Sealed, unopened products are fully eligible for return.


2. How to Return Your Order

  1. Email support@nutrisentra.co.uk with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them to the address provided.
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@nutrisentra.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs where applicable

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Extended Remedies

  • Within 30 days: Right to a full refund.
  • 30 days – 6 months: Right to repair or replacement; refund if these remedies fail.
  • After 6 months: You must demonstrate the fault was present at delivery; partial refund may apply.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Where applicable, the standard delivery cost you paid will be refunded. We will not refund any upgraded delivery charges unless the entire order is faulty or misdescribed.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless faulty):

  • Opened/unsealed supplements, powders, or capsules (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
  • Items that have been used or partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or digital products
